KYC requires submission of a clear copy of a government-issued photo identity document (CNIC or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held in pending status until verification is satisfied.
You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change, particularly your mobile number and email address, as these are used for two-factor authentication and security communications.

sixgme does not accept deposits from sources associated with illegal activity. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are of lawful origin and that you are entitled to use them for gaming purposes.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your sixgme account cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. sixgme does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges which are beyond sixgme's control.

sixgme processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. Any unresolved dispute that proceeds to formal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the applicable gaming regulatory framework.
